Super Chamber Honey
Himalayan Wild Flowers Honey

"Our Story" (The Mountain Heritage)
Our story begins in the secluded mountain village of Kullu and Manali. High above the clouds, where the air is crisp and the snow never truly leaves the peaks, our honey is produced by exclusively with apis cerana, the ancient native bees of these mountains, these resilient bees are masters of the high altitudes, uniquely adept at foraging in the extreme mountain weather where others can not survive. These bees forage on rare wild flora found only in the high-altitude snow mountains. Our bees thrive in a pollution-free environment.
Every drop carries the crisp air of the mountains and the sweetness of the valley. When the snow begins to melt and the alpine flowers bloom, our bees collect the essence of the peaks. When you taste our honey, you are not just tasting a sweetener; you are tasting the wildflowers that bloom after a long Himalayan winter and the hard work of our native bees. Every jar is my personal promise of honesty, tradition, and the raw, untouched magic of the snow mountains. From our village to your home, thank you for supporting our mountain heritage.
High-Altitude Foraging: Our bees collect nectar from wild flora like Plectranthus rugosus, himalayan wild horse chestnut, Thyme, White Clover, and Forest Herbs found only in the higher reaches of Kullu Manali.
• Altitude Factor: Harvested at 6800 to 7000 feet above sea level. Higher altitude means less pollution and more potent nectar.
• The Bee Species: Our honey is produced by Apis Cerana (The Himalayan Honey Bee), known for its ability to survive cold climates and pollinate rare medicinal plants that larger bees can't reach.
•Super Chamber Honey: At Mountain Honey Bee, we practice ethical harvesting. We only collect honey from the Super honey Chambers, leaving the Brood Chamber entirely for the bees to ensure their health, immunity, and natural growth.
• Raw & Unprocessed: We believe in keeping it real. Our honey is never heat-treated or ultra-filtered, ensuring all natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants stay intact.
• No Added Sugar: 0% adulteration. Just pure, thick, and aromatic honey exactly the way the bees made it.
• Sustainable Beekeeping: We respect our bees. We follow ethical harvesting methods that ensure the hive remains healthy and the ecosystem thrives.
We don't manufacture honey; we simply harvest what Nature creates." Each jar is packed with love in Himachal, ensuring that the local community is supported and the environment is protected.

Frequently asked questions
•Is your honey really from Kullu-Manali?
Yes, 100%. Our hives are located in the high-altitude regions of the Kullu Manali in Himachal Pradesh. We source our honey directly from our own apiaries.
•Is your honey "Raw"? What does that mean?
Yes, our honey is Raw and Unfiltered. Unlike commercial brands, we do not heat-treat (pasteurize) or ultra-filter our honey. This ensures that all the beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, and natural pollen remain intact for your health.
•Why is Mountain Honey more expensive than regular store honey?

•Why does my honey look different from the last batch?

•My honey has solidified (crystallized). Is it spoiled?
Not at all! Crystallization is a sign of 100% pure, raw unprocessed honey.
